In Japanese, rei is 零, zero refined sugar, and 礼, gratitude. Every piece is confectionery in its purest form: zero refined sugar, zero substitutes, only pure ingredients. After decades as a pastry chef, Janice Wong created rei to prove a simple truth, that exceptional confectionery does not need sugar, it needs purity.

Each chocolate pairs cacao with a pure botanical, chosen for how it makes you feel as much as how it tastes.
